My experience at Dental Spa was not what I expected. I decided on this clinic because of the good reviews I'd left on Google, however, now I have doubts about the veracity of those reviews. Dr. Ivan Contreras made me a zirconia tooth, which turned out quite well. visible to the naked eye), which I didn't notice until afterward. I agree that these are accidents. What I didn't like was the indifference of the doctor. He didn't mention it to me, much less offer a repair. He was evidently trying to avoid responsibility, or believing I would return to Dental Spa as a client to address this situation (and probably have to pay for it). I don't know why, but I certainly don't intend to return to this clinic. I'm currently undergoing treatment elsewhere, spending additional time and money to repair it (now I'm in pain and have an infection). Regarding the treatment provided by Dr. I thought he was good but blunt, he only dedicated the time required for his work, no more and no less; for example, when he finished his work, he didn't at least provide me with a mirror to see what he had done, he didn't tell me what care to follow if I didn't ask him, I still don't know how long the tooth material (zirconia) lasts because I didn't ask him, etc. Leaving those aspects aside, I think he did a good job, dedicating the appropriate amount of time until I was satisfied with the work.

Dr. Iván Contreras immediately took an X-ray to evaluate the procedure, offering me two treatment options. One of them was more expensive due to the procedure itself. However, in the end, only a resin filling was required, avoiding the need for orthodontics. His professionalism throughout the entire process was exceptional.

I came to Dr. Fabián on a recommendation, and he provides excellent care. His approach is very professional and humane; he inspires a lot of confidence during the consultation and also follows up throughout the entire treatment. I highly recommend him.
