Excellent professional approach, always extremely satisfied with the services of the clinic. My procedure was performed promptly and almost painlessly. I regularly use the services of the dental hygienist twice a year. I recommend them in every way.
I regularly go for check-ups and dental hygiene. I am extremely satisfied with the approach, the environment and especially the lovely lady dental hygienist. Dr. Tsap is also a great professional. My whole family now goes to them and I have even convinced my colleagues, who are very satisfied. I definitely recommend it.
I have been satisfied with the clinic for a long time, I have known the doctor and the dental hygienist for years from the previous clinic and thanks to their thorough and detailed work, I decided to go directly to the doctor at his clinic. Dental hygiene is always 110% perfect. A joy to go to the dentist :)

Doctor Tsap has a highly professional and humane approach not only to adults but also to children. I have been his patient for several years, including my whole family. Before each procedure, he always explains everything and suggests possible solutions. He extracts teeth perfectly and painlessly.

of my teeth and a label for problem teeth, to which Mr. Tsap added prices and how much the procedures would cost me. So I knew in advance when and how much I would pay, and I didn't have to stress about money. Subsequently, he took care of me and all the procedures were performed by Mr. Kysela. For the first time in my life, I was lying down during a procedure at the dentist and not sitting down, I had a membrane on my teeth and comfort in my mouth, because the membrane caught the mess, and during some procedures I had lip protection. Thanks to the comfort and pleasant atmosphere, I felt like I was in a meditation exercise and if it weren't for the occasional request to open my mouth a little, during longer procedures, I would be sleeping :-). I appreciate the precise work and the atmosphere of the clinic, the doctor and the nurse are a well-coordinated team. I am glad that I chose this clinic and I thank Mr. Kysel and the nurse for the care provided and the pleasant meetings. :-)

Today I went to see Mr. Tsap. I was worried, but as soon as he smiled and said not to worry, I was fine. He did an X-ray, told me what needed to be replaced and what needed to be pulled out. f 2021, I have a negative assessment of MUDr. Tsap: - keeping patient records on A4, which he hands over to the patient. He writes down the planned procedures and prices (increasing directly with each subsequent appointment) on the A4 form and expects the patient to have the paper with him at every appointment. - lying - procedures on flawless teeth marked as rotten - the procedure itself - he made three fillings for me in 1 hour without articulating the teeth (adapting them to the opposing dental arch). He was supposed to finish it during the next appointment. This articulation obstacle he created on my teeth contributed to the damage to my jaw joint.
