I had an excellent experience at TRX Dental Centre! Super comfortable experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the dentist was very professional. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Lim was very bad. He told me that one of my molars needed a root canal treatment, even though the tooth was completely healthy and had no issues or decay. It was clearly just for the sake of making money — there was no professional integrity.

We always explain the available treatment options, and patients are never pressured or obligated to proceed with any proposed plan. It is also important to understand that symptoms and clinical findings can sometimes change over time. Pain may intermittently subside, but this does not necessarily indicate that the tooth remains healthy or vital. In certain situations, elective root canal therapy may be advised when the clinical signs suggest that pain or complications are likely to recur. Had an appointment with Dr Yuen Yi for scaling, polishing and teeth whitening. She was very patient and shared with me properly on what to expect and the condition of my teeth through a consultation. Even during the process she was reassuring by saying what she was going to do next. Very pleased with my experience and I would go back again!

Really great service! I had a root canal and crown done here, and the dentist explained it thoroughly and the treatment was incredibly well done. Nothing but positive words to say about this clinic! Highly reccomend if you’re in Malaysia especially if you’re from a western country, the service is unmatched!
