get an appointment quickly. The office and equipment were alltop-notch. The staff were efficient and kind. I ended up needing two root canals on adjacent teeth. This was not a complete surprise but certainly an unpleasant fact. Dr Supason Thitthaweerat performed the procedures. Due to pre-existing complications with the root this required three visits. For one of which he was able to squeeze me in to his full schedule due to discomfort on my side. My interactions with Dr Thitthaweerat were entirely satisfactory at all levels. His professionalism, kindness, and clarity in what the situation with my teeth was and options in treatment was enormously helpful and reassuring. I travel in Asia frequently and intend to use Truth Dental for my future dental needs. I heartily recommend Truth Dental and Dr Thitthaweerat.

everything pointed to this crown and tooth being the root of all my problems. So I ask Truth Dental to recommend an oral surgeon. They won't introduce me to one... they insisted I first speak with (pay to see) one of their dentists. I come in, I explain the issue. I tell him I know I want the tooth taken out, I've already consulted with a team of specialists. Instead of simply helping me, he gets aggressive with me. Tells me I shouldn't listen to "pseudoscience". I'm sure each one of the specialists I spoke to was more qualified than him. He didn't want to listen to me, mischaracterized what my problem was, made a big point of insisting that removing the tooth wouldn't solve my problem, but ultimately agreed to recommend a surgeon. Then I contact Truth Dental and they tell me they can't schedule anything for two weeks. I ask them for the names and backgrounds of the oral surgeons, because the whole reason I contacted them was to research oral surgeons, not just take whoever's available. It's been two days and they haven't responded. The way he behaved, the way I was subsequently treated... I don't know who they think they're helping, but if a patient comes in having suffered for years, finally gets expert advice on how to address the problem, and instead of helping him they arrogantly waste his time, they're not in the healthcare business; they're just in business. I'm done with them.
