Of all the dental clinics I've visited in Penang, this one is the most satisfying. The female doctor is extremely professional, conscientious, and possesses a high level of skill. The reception staff is particularly friendly. The prices are the most reasonable, and they don't recommend expensive treatments. I had two teeth treated and am very satisfied.

Have been visiting this dental clinic since 2021. Clean & comfortable environment. All their dentists are good at what they're doing. They will also give advice on better dental care to improve your situation. Price is reasonable & it's easy to find a parking spot.

August 2023. First time visit to repair a filling that fell out. They saw me the same day I called since there was a cancellation. Clean and modern treatment room just like my DDS in the USA. Dr Sue explained everything in perfect English, detected another problem filling and painlessly fixed both during the visit. Professional care at a reasonable price. Credit cards accepted.

Among all the dental I went, Trinity Dental is the best, especially with Dr.Sue. I used to be afraid of dentist due to bad experienced in the past . The price is reasonable. The doctor is very kind and has excellent skills. I had a crowned tooth fall out, so I did a quick Google search and went there. The price was reasonable, and the doctor was friendly. He didn't overtreat, so I highly recommend him.

My go-to dental clinic. The place is very clean and comfortable. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Dr Ooi is gentle and understanding of my dental issues, she will always answer my questions patiently and thoroughly explain each procedure recommended (if needed) as well as what to expect. The clinic is amazing! Got my wisdom tooth extraction today. The doctors and assistant are very patient and helpful with their patient who scared of injection and extraction. Thanks Dr Ooi and Dr Ken and the lady assistant. Furthermore is very near to my house and ample of parking space.

Came here twice. Once for a gum infection and second time for deep scaling. A friend recommended this place because my usual dentist was fully booked that day, and I was in deep pain. Was not disappointed. Appreciate Dr Ooi who explained things patiently and was efficient in the dental procedures. The lady at the front desk also gave me a free bottle of 100ml mouthwash before I left.

Dr Ooi extracted my wisdom tooth more than a week ago. Best experience I've had with a dentist, entire process was smooth and I also didn't have any complications after that. Will definitely come back!!

Dr is skillful and very attentive to patients feedback, handling patients in compose and calm way. This is helpful to reduce my fear and nervousness. Provide good explanation and advice on dental care. Overall positive experience and highly recommended.
