I'm from Bogotá, I was in Medellín for just 5 days and the doctor was able to give me a smile design and whitening treatment in record time. I was very happy with the result and also with the follow-up they do before, during, and after each appointment. 100% recommended.
I recently had my teeth whitened at Trebol and they treated me wonderfully. They use the best technology and the best part is that I look beautiful! I recommend them 100%.
To Tourists… I made a mistake choosing Trebol. I do know Colombia well, spending 15% of my time here - 48 of those stays have been in Medellín. as to repair the orthodontic work that was done on the first visit. The 3rd visit, Trebol they sent me away with their “best” replacement retainers (made in office with old technology - still flimsy). The same day as my last visit there, I scheduled with an Orthodontist in Manila (Medellín), to buy another set of retainers to compare to Trebol. Trebol’s “best”failed within the 3 days, during the time I waited for my new ones. The Clinic in Manila was noticeably more patient centered: friendly staff, attractive and comfortable office, easy to find, and more importantly, high quality care AND materials. The premium quality of retainers from the competitor was obvious - they are still like new 5 weeks later - certain to last 6+ months 🙏 [Be suspicious of all 5-star reviews]. What happened to me can’t be a fluke.

In this case, we created a smile design that the patient was very happy with. Retainers were also provided, and some time later, we agreed to replace them at no additional cost, even though several weeks had passed since the initial delivery. From the beginning, we suggested using a bruxism splint—a condition that can affect the lifespan of any retainer—but the patient declined. We respect that each person compares and chooses what they consider best for themselves. Even so, we firmly believe that mutual respect is a fundamental part of any clinical relationship.
