I had a service done at the Toque Dental clinic in Boa Viagem in October 2025. I needed a resin tooth, went through the molding stage, paid cash on the same day, around R$600.00 via Pix (Brazilian instant payment system), which I have proof of in the conversations. the procedure, as it was a fixed resin tooth, not a removable one. During this time, they had internal problems there, a personal matter, and I was informed by someone from their staff that they were fixing things because they were having administrative problems. Well, after 3 months, they couldn't find the tooth needed for my procedure, and to this day nobody answers my WhatsApp messages, nor do they tell me anything. They haven't refunded the money, even though they said it would be refunded. In short, they haven't given me any explanation. I've asked for a refund several times because I no longer trust this company. It's been 6 months, I'm still waiting for a solution from you, Toque Dental clinic. (Have a good trip).
