I visited TopSmiles last year from The Netherlands and came back again this year and I couldn’t be happier! I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Colombia is a beautiful country, and the quality of the doctors and the overall service at TopSmiles is truly top-notch. Everything was handled with professionalism and care. , they made it look fake, awkward, and uncomfortable. Second, basic professional standards were ignored. In the U.S., it’s standard to desensitize teeth before placing veneers (using products like Blume or other desensitizers) to protect the nerves and minimize sensitivity. Here, that step was skipped entirely. As a result, my teeth were left painfully sensitive, and eating or drinking anything became a daily struggle. Third, the dentist ignored biological boundaries. The veneers were pushed so deep into the gums that they invaded the biological width, which is a major red flag. This caused significant gum inflammation, redness, and discomfort that never should have happened with properly trained care. To make matters worse, the dentist himself barely did anything. Most of the work was handed off to a technician, which made me question whether the dentist had the training — or even the license — to be performing these procedures. The lack of involvement and accountability was shocking, especially for something as serious and permanent as veneers. Overall, the entire experience felt careless, unprofessional, and almost reckless. Instead of improving my smile, I was left with oversized, poorly made veneers, gum problems, and lasting sensitivity. I would strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to think twice and look for a provider who actually values patient health, safety, and aesthetics
Absolute Legends! Their attention to detail was mind blowing. Entire staff was very friendly and professional. Overall a 10/10 experience and I am very happy with the results. First time in Colombia as well and it is a beautiful country to add to it. If you are thinking about it, send it.

My teeth look nicer than what they were. But now I have really bad sensitivity issues, my gums bleed and overall not what I was expecting. and I wasn’t satisfied. He told me he was the doctor that he knows how it should look that I didn’t know. Don’t get me started on the wife she says she doesn’t work there but apparently she’s there helping around ok. Dr.D doesn’t do your teeth he will come talk to you and do your gum laser that’s pretty much it. There is a sweet assistant by the name arenas he did most of my teeth and some other guy didn’t bother getting his name he was rude too. I left crying and unsatisfied I know they look more “natural” but it is nothing compared to what I asked for. It’s disappointing so I wouldn’t recommend.

one who does your teeth it’s someone else, please look up @racheeleve on TikTok, you will find all the real true information you need on there, to avoid having to go to another dentist and come out of pocket to pay for the horrible work that they do on people. His wife is also defending him as she should, but she is also lying.
