I had such a terrible experience that I wanted to write a review. Yesterday, I went to have my teeth cleaned and the staff asked for my ID card for social security. I kept it for so long that I forgot to return it. I also forgot to ask for it until I remembered around 8 PM and called them. They said they should have it and that they would check it out tomorrow at 9 AM and call to inform me. In the…

end, they were quiet. I had to go get it myself. They claimed they just found it so they didn't call to inform me. However, what they took was my card and left it in front of the staff. The staff made me feel bad about the shop from the moment I entered because they had a frown on their face the entire time. Today, when they returned the card, they apologized very half-heartedly. For the price of 1,200 baht, the doctor was indifferent and talked over my head throughout the entire treatment. From now on, I probably won't use their services again, even though it's very close to my home.

Terrible. They didn't answer the phone when I called to ask where to park. It took forever to find a parking spot, and when I arrived, they said I had to wait an hour. Why didn't they answer the phone earlier? The assistant was also incredibly grumpy. I was hoping to try this place, but not anymore.

I made an appointment for 11:00, but got it done at 12:10. I even had someone else get their teeth checked first. The person who checked my teeth took the same amount of time as scaling, which is 15 minutes. Social Security is 900 baht, and there's a 50 baht fee for the checkup and tools. I didn't even use dental floss, so I had to have the nurse dispense mouthwash for me.☹️

They had an appointment scheduled in advance, so they were allowed to enter first. - The second case to arrive before yours was a patient with a 11:30 AM appointment (regular schedule), and at that time, it was 11:30 AM. Therefore, they were allowed to enter first according to the regular schedule. - Your patient was thus placed third in the queue, around 12:10 PM. - The fourth patient, a walk-in patient arriving at 11:00 AM, will be treated after your patient. The admin was great, contacted me to make a reservation, and gave excellent advice. It was very convenient to get there. Just get off at the purple exit at Tiwanon intersection and you're there. I was impressed with the clinic's cleanliness. Minimal Mini Jai. The doctor had a gentle touch. It didn't hurt at all. I had a wonderful time getting my teeth cleaned.
