Na Rolavě 49, Karlovy Vary, Czechia
Tooth is a private dental practice operated by MUDr. Faez Al Haboubi at Na Rolavě 49/10 in the Rybáře district of Karlovy Vary, operating through the legal entity TOOTH s.r.o. Dr. Al Haboubi holds the Czech MUDr. (Medicinae Universae Doctor) medical qualification and has maintained a dual professional profile in both private dental practice and clinical work at Karlovarská krajská nemocnice, the Karlovy Vary Regional Hospital. The practice provides comprehensive dental care covering preventive dentistry, restorative treatment, extractions, prosthodontics, and professional hygiene, approaching each patient individually and applying current evidence-based clinical practice. The clinic operates Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:00, Wednesday from 13:00 to 19:00 for extended afternoon and evening availability, and Friday from 8:00 to 12:00.
Preventive care at Tooth covers comprehensive dental examinations, radiographic diagnostics, and monitoring of both teeth and supporting structures to identify early signs of caries, periodontal disease, and other conditions before they require more complex treatment. The practice's stated approach is to apply current scientific knowledge in dentistry alongside personalised patient care, using up-to-date clinical methods while maintaining an individual rather than protocol-driven consultation style. Regular preventive attendance provides the opportunity to detect small lesions and early pathology when treatment is simpler, less invasive, and less costly, and to reinforce the home oral hygiene practices that reduce the incidence of new disease between visits.
Restorative treatment at Tooth addresses dental caries and tooth damage through fillings, composite restorations, and cavity management. Direct tooth-coloured composite restorations are used for single-surface and multi-surface carious lesions, producing restorations that are indistinguishable from natural tooth colour and match the shade and translucency of the surrounding dentition. The practice's commitment to modern dental technology means that restorative materials and techniques reflect current best practice rather than older amalgam-based approaches, prioritising aesthetics alongside durability and function.
Prosthodontic services at the practice cover dental dentures and prosthetic restorations for patients with significant tooth loss. Both partial and full dentures are provided for patients who have lost multiple teeth and are not candidates or have not opted for implant-retained alternatives. Prosthetic treatment at Tooth is delivered within the same patient relationship as the general dental care provided by Dr. Al Haboubi, allowing the treating dentist to plan prosthetic solutions with direct knowledge of the patient's existing dentition, occlusion, and oral health history rather than receiving a referral from a separate provider.
Professional dental hygiene services cover routine calculus and tartar removal, professional cleaning, and oral hygiene instruction. Regular professional hygiene is the primary preventive intervention for maintaining gum health and reducing caries risk, and the practice provides this as a core service alongside general dental treatment. Extended Wednesday afternoon and evening hours until 19:00 provide an accessible appointment option for patients who cannot attend during standard morning and early afternoon sessions, making it more feasible for working patients to maintain regular dental attendance.
Tooth extractions and more complex surgical extractions are performed at the practice, addressed through the same attentive individual care approach that characterises the broader clinical work. Pre-extraction radiographic assessment informs the extraction technique and preparation, reducing procedural risk and supporting optimal healing outcomes. The hospital experience that Dr. Al Haboubi brings from his work at Karlovarská krajská nemocnice provides a clinical background in complex case management that informs extraction and minor oral surgery decisions at the private practice level.
Tooth is located in the Rybáře district of Karlovy Vary at Na Rolavě 49/10. Karlovy Vary is west Bohemia's historic spa city and a European health and wellness tourism destination, accessible from Prague in approximately two hours by direct bus and close to the German border, making it a practical location for patients from both within the Czech Republic and from neighbouring Germany. The practice's comprehensive general dental service offering and individual patient approach make it a practical choice for local residents and for visitors who require dental care during an extended spa town stay.

Absolutely great work! Immediate determination of the cause of the toothache and immediate treatment. Although it was more than an hour of surgery, the doctor immediately treated me professionally. The office took excellent care of me, not only medically, but also personally. The work was done carefully, at every step the doctor explained what he was doing and what would happen next. It was my first visit here, I have never encountered such excellent work and attitude anywhere else in my life.

22.3.2020. Sunday emergency, only contact. Hopefully they will take me, after making an appointment by phone. It is busy, we will try our luck. It was worth going to the doctor straight away. Within half an hour the wisdom tooth was out. and without complications. Many thanks to the doctor and the entire team

Excellent dentist. He pulled my 8th tooth without any complications. Warm approach, clean office. The doctor likes to joke. I highly recommend it.
