r initial consultation, Dr. Ruby and Dr. Alejandra were nothing short of incredible. They were patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in our care. h treatment. I literally did not feel a thing during or after treatment, which was a contrast to my us experience. They also used a dental damn without me asking for it. The office personnel is prompt and communicative and everyone is highly proficient in English. I had a great experience, start to finish! This clinic is located in zono rio which is an upscale area of Tijuana, known for its medical clinics. At no point did I feel unsafe, and it was a pleasant walk from the hotel I chose. If you drive from the states, ask the desk for a medical pass for $25- it will help you skip the line on your way back into the states. Just watch a video first, so you know how to get into the correct lane!
TJ endodontics Dr Alejandra Alvarez was simply the best. They were accommodating to my schedule. Went far above my expectations with the quality and my most important part was their technology. Everybody here is happy at their jobs and it shows. I highly recommend them cannot say enough good things.

knew I couldn’t afford another dentist bill in LA, especially without insurance. I was pretty sure I needed another root canal. I read the reviews and took a chance, being clear with my partner I would leave immediately if I felt it wasn’t good enough or I felt uncomfortable. I arrived (park down the street in a lot, parking will cost around $10 USD for all day) and found the office. The staff is so helpful. The equipment is the same and some is better than what I was receiving in LA. X-rays are digital, immediate, and are included in the very low cost initial visit. They have a 3-D scanner which allows them to prep a crown for next day, sometimes as soon as same day. They offer full zirconia crowns. And after your initial exam, they lay out a treatment plan with all costs explained up front and on paper. Try getting THAT in LA! Obviously I stayed. I got a BEAUTIFUL color matched zirconia crown, excellent root canal - I had 5 roots on that lil thang - and I was walked through the entire process by a staff and doctors that are patient, relaxed, and speak perfect English. They adjusted the bite on the crown so perfectly! Better than my LA dentist ever has. It’s been 2 weeks. I had no pain from that procedure. The cost was so minimal that I was able to justify the time to drive down - and I’m back again for a cleaning and mouth guard fitting. Again, better than LA. Cost for this stuff? A THIRD of what I paid in the states. Yes, you pay at the time of your visit. But I can afford it here. I have to finance it in LA. This is now my main dentist. End of story.
