Total lack of transparency regarding the implants and the technology used: what was promised did not correspond to reality, leaving me with the feeling of being cheated. We consider it necessary to clarify some concrete facts, as the content of this comment does not reflect the reality of your treatment at Tirana Dental Hospital. • The patient has successfully completed half of the treatment in our clinic, without at any time raising concerns or claims regarding transparency, technology or costs—issues that are mentioned today in this comment. • After the start of the second phase of treatment, the patient has refused to follow our medical protocols, unacceptably demanding that all procedures be performed by a single doctor. It has been explained to her clearly, professionally and repeatedly that implant treatments are performed by a specialized medical team, in accordance with international standards and for maximum patient safety. • Despite these explanations, the patient has refused to continue the treatment under the agreed conditions and has used inappropriate language towards the medical staff—behavior that is not tolerated in any serious healthcare institution. After being provided with complete medical documentation, she has chosen to unilaterally discontinue treatment and has demonstratively left the clinic premises. Tirana Dental Hospital operates with high professional standards, complete transparency and mutual respect. Any deviation from these principles, including lack of respect for the staff, cannot and will not be accepted.
