Came in for a cleaning and whitening. The waiting room was packed, but I only waited for less than 10 minutes. They got started immediately, and I was done after an hour (40 min for whitening). Paying was straightforward, they did asked for my passport since I used a US credit card. Bill came out around $60 USD. I speak Vietnamese so not sure if they can accommodate English speakers.
