Excellent service, treatment and kindness from everyone who works there
Excellent place. I'm going to get my teeth fixed, and I have no doubt I made the right choice. The care is top-quality, the procedures are painless, as they know how to handle the patient well. They explain the procedure 100% thoroughly, and they give you the proper attention throughout the entire process.

Look no further for your Tijuana dentistry. TDS is clean, efficient, and up-to-date. My crown repair and cleaning was fast and painless and the repair is invisible . Highly recommended!

I visited this Dental Office to have my wisdom tooth removed. It was chipped and was causing a lot of pain. With how expensive it is in the States I decided to look at further options. many to choose from. Here goes. BTW - You'll notice that most reviews for most service providers in TJ are not legit. Judging based on how many stars on average a service provider gets is not indicative of what you'll get. I'd much rather do business with a provide that has 4.5 from 50 accounts with over 20 reviews in the U.S. than one with 5.0 stars from 50 accounts that mostly are made up of 1 or 2 reviews, because those will almost certainly be bogus (freinds and family or review farm services... all of which are not legit). Now, to my experience with Dental Studio: 1. Quality of service and attention to detail - 5 / 5. In my case, I had a titanium post and reduction of gum on a molar, as well as a root canal due to a botched job from another TJ dentist (live and learn). It appeared to me that the people that performed these services at Dental Studio were genuine experts with ample experience. This alone might be areadon to go see them. 2. Scheduling - 2 of 5. The first and second office visit went flawlessly from the girl at the front (a bit heavy set with flawless English speaking skills). The problem started when I called 4 months later, and she promised to call me back (takes that long for the healing to take place before the crowns can be ordered and fitted). Because she never called back I called her a second time a couple of days later to remind her (anyone can make a mistake). After that second call she said she would call me back after speaking with the doctor in 30 minutes. Again, I didn't hear from her so I assumed they just didn't want to work on me. 2 days after that she called me asking me why I didn't show up for my appointment (what ?). At that point had already found another dentise (Liberty Dental, who is now my go-to) so I declined to schedule an appointment with her, as I just had that feeling that something wasn't right. 3. Hidden up-selling and honesty - 1 of 5. Lots of us gringos are weary of this, particularly in Mexico for good reason. In my case, it started the very first appointment. They performed additional services which were not mentioned on the phone I think it was a couple of hundred more maybe .. might have been a cleaning and something else... which took all of 15 minutes. Kind of felt like a car dealer forcing overpriced door mats on a new purchase.. anyways no biggy for me, but for someone in financial straits, that might be a big deal, but it's not even the money, it's the fact that it was a sleazy move, which kind of ruined the newly minted trust. But this was nothing compared to what I later learned. They said I needed 3 crowns on the follow-up, which I would have gladly paid for and not been the wiser for, but due to the scheduling snafu, where I ended up having my crowns ordered, fitted, and inserted at Liberty Dentail, I learned to my surprise there, that I only needed 2. At $495 each, that would have been an over-billing of $495, plus whatever additional upsell was waiting for me, which I'll never know thankfully. This alone was a bridge too far, and is what prompted me to write this review. As an aside...kudos for the guys at Liberty Dental for correcting me and saying "no you don't need 3, you need 2 (at $400 with 3 day turn-around from lab to getting them fitter, which meant I didn't have to take 2 trips to TJ from LA... alll the better). Hope this review helps others out, and good luck with your journey through the TJ medical tourism gauntlet. They have some great doctors at a fraction of the cost in the U.S. for relatively simple procedures, if you know where to look.

Very nice. Receptionist was very nice spoke good English. Had a small issue with filling which they fixed next day free of charge. Also didn't try to force unnecessary expensive procedures and was affordable but high quality. Would recommend. Updating my review the dental work kind of need to get redone again after a few weeks so I am taking a couple stars off
So I found out about these guys after watching a YouTube video and let me tell you , I’ve been to 2 different dental offices prior to this and you know what they say about the third . The staff was very personal and attentive. My dentist listened to what I had to say and wasn’t trying to upsell me the whole time like other dental offices .

I was afraid of the dentist for years because of past experiences when I was younger, but Dr. Mario and Dr. Javier treated me, and when I told them they took away my fear, I realized how much they helped me. They explained everything and how they were going to do it, and I felt so calm, and everything was fixed. I still go to them to get any problems fixed.
