I was undergoing orthodontic treatment at this clinic because the head doctor had recently opened a new practice, requiring me to make follow-up visits according to her schedule. The doctor assured me that the nurses would provide advance notice of upcoming appointments, allowing me to arrange and confirm a suitable time each month. However, the nurses only notified me in advance on certain months. Most of the time, I had to proactively reach out to inquire about scheduling, and even then, responses could have been more consistent. I arrived for appointments on several occasions only to discover that no reservation had been made for me, leading to frustrating experiences. I also encountered unfriendly attitudes from staff, such as when a nurse was engrossed in her phone until she noticed me, hastily attending to me only after being prompted. I vividly remember a particular visit where, after my appointment, the nurse at the front desk delayed opening the door as she was preoccupied with her phone, insisting I wait until another customer arrived. This lack of consideration was disappointing, especially after investing nearly RM 7000 into my treatment and completing all installment payments. Despite my grievances with the nursing staff, I commend the doctors for their professionalism and expertise. Some nurses also provided excellent service, but overall, there is a need for better staff management to maintain the clinic's reputation and ensure consistent quality service. Feeling undervalued as a customer after making significant financial commitments towards my treatment is disheartening.
