The hospitality is really good. I was having really bad toothache and they were kind enough to squeeze me in between other appointments and helped me extract to wisdom tooth causing the pain. I have been here twice now and the doctor is really gentle and friendly and manage to get my wisdom tooth out in ease. Really recommend. = the Dr. Name was Dr.Bina if i am not mistaken.

The best service. The doctor and his staff are kind and friendly. I have undergone a root canal procedure because my tooth has a cavity but I hate to have it extracted. For friends who have the same case as me, you can make an appointment with this clinic. If you want scaling or other dental treatments, the results are satisfactory. The place is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

I wrote this review from my heart and completely honest❤️ The good part: The staff were friendly, and the doctor spoke politely and softly, comfortable ambience. What I didn’t like🥲 The scaling method was quite harsh. I’ve had scaling done before, and my teeth aren’t in bad condition but this experience felt rough. If it had been my first time, it might have been traumatic. For example, when scaling the far right side of my teeth, the doctor didn’t ask me to turn slightly, but instead just pushed the tools in roughly 😭. Also, the suction handled by the assistant was uncomfortable. It kept moving left and right constantly. In my past dental experiences, they usually hold the suction in place for a few seconds on one side, then move gently to the other. That felt more comfortable. As someone who regularly visits dental clinics, this was not a good experience for me.I sincerely hope the doctor and team can take this feedback positively and consider it as an opportunity to improve. Thank you🌹

bad experience in this clinic, the service by female doctor was awful. if you’re seeking for a good place i really don’t recommend this clinic. yesterday went and did my retainers, what i feel the most uncomfortable is her service, i can tell she’s pulling my mouth and i can feel its tearing.when she put the mole into my mouth it’s hitting my gums, and just imagine the silicone thingy even stick on my eyelashes and half of my face, and fall on my clothes as well. then for the payment they charge 600 for retainers and that’s fine. but i was looking for credit card instalment, they said they providing but after trying few cards also unsuccessful. after showing unsuccessful the doctor still came to argue with me (how can u argue with customers, they are the one who is paying for your rent and bills right?), she talked to me in a very rude way and saying it’s my cards’ problem. one more thing that i don’t prefer to go that place again is because their lift is very dark and clinic is also very dim environment that makes people feel uncomfortable. they should really improve on their facilities and the payment methods, and most important is service.
