The doctors, nurses and ladies at the reception are attentive in their treatment with the patients. I am satisfied with the treatment and practices applied. I like that they send a message on viber to remind me one day before the scheduled appointment. There is underground parking, which is also a plus.

After an appointment for 1:30 PM and a visit right on time, I sit down and wait in the waiting room by the reception desk. After half an hour, an assistant comes, takes me and seats me in the office chair and I wait another half an hour for the doctor to appear, who never shows up. and suddenly the doctor appears and apologizes. Alas, the lady clearly doesn't realize that if tartar removal at their place costs 200 BGN, my lost hour costs more. The place is ideal for clients with extra time and after a certain age. In three visits, I lost more time waiting than for the procedure itself.

Great Dental Clinic, very luxurious and has amazing services, slightly higher prices but very worth it as the services and exceptionally great and the equipment is world class. Also very kind mannerisms from the dentist and also the receptionists. 5/5 stars would recommend highly.

so many patients that has done that. I had 6 ceramic crowns made on my front, upper teeth with them and I am very satisfied. They took into account my every wish for the design, the color, the length... Everything! I felt like I was among friends to whom I could tell everything. From now on, they will be my dentists, no matter what the problems. I highly recommend Dr. Denitsa Petrova! I went to her on a recommendation and since I don't regret it, I recommend her in turn!
The service is always great, they greet me and send me off with a smile! I have been undergoing treatment with Invisalign and so far I am very happy with the result, and last time they also made me happy with a gift - a Christmas cookie with a fortune! Thank you girls, you made my day!!

The clinic is very shiny, maybe they are good at placing implants, but the regular dental services are not up to par.
