y question. I had booked an appointment for a cleaning and to fix a flagged tooth, and I explained this clearly during the booking. I arrived on time but was called 25 minutes late. They couldn't find my appointment, and I had to show my booking details three times. When I finally saw the dentist, I was told that they couldn't fix the tooth because there was no appointment that day. Why book the appointment at all? The staff who handle customer inquiries need better training and all on your clinic should read the booking before they see patients about why the customer is visiting for what purpose instead of 3 asking about the same thing and also the "dentist"- very poor.
Came in with a sharp pain, no apointment. Got a scan and tooth removed in less than an hour, the treatment was very professional and quick And the staff is lovely

I‘ve visited the Smile Gallery Phuket for a Deep Cleaning and Wire Retainer Removal. It was amazing! Best experience in a dentist office you can get! Prices are very reasonable, was done in less than 30min and the Staff and Doctor are very kind and in my opinion more competent than in Switzerland! Thank you again for the best experience!
