When reading the contract, I found out that by filling out the anamnestic questionnaire, customers automatically give consent to the use of their photos for social networks, publications and public purposes. I used my legal right to refuse this consent. 4 I offered to fill out the anamnestic questionnaire, but that was not enough for them - they also demanded a signature that you agree to the use of your photos on social networks, that without it they would not let me see the hygienist. When I agreed to sign the anamnestic questionnaire with the statement that I would immediately revoke the consent, that was also not enough, even though they state such a possibility on the website. Unfortunately, the subsequent communication was very unpleasant. The four receptionists treated me rather confrontationally and I was told that they would not let me see the hygienist. I had driven to Prague for several hours during rush hour, I was ready and so was the hygienist and I had paid for the services – everything fell apart only because of the receptionist's attitude. The positive thing is that I was immediately offered a refund. If you use your legal right - you will be fired and Tomáš Pražák will tell you that it is "strange" that you are using your legal right.

However, we would like to emphasize that in this situation we acted completely in accordance with the set rules and applicable legislation. Before each treatment, it is necessary to sign complete documentation, i.e. anamnestic questionnaire and business terms, which also include consents related to the provision of services. Without their approval, the treatment cannot be carried out - this procedure is uniform for all clients without exception. Our colleagues at the reception tried to explain the situation to you repeatedly and find a solution, however, without meeting these basic conditions, we really could not allow you to see the hygienist. It was therefore not an individual decision or reluctance, but a matter of adhering to clearly stated rules. We are sorry that you traveled for a long time and that the situation was unpleasant for you, on the other hand, we believe that it is understandable that a medical facility must strictly follow these procedures. "apology" via email admitted they gave me the wrong info but offered no refund or resolution. When a doctor ignores a written agreement to take more money from you privately in their office, it feels like a predatory practice. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid this place if you value transparency UPDATE (April 2026): Following my initial review, the clinic’s management reached out to resolve the situation. They have since issued a refund of the fees in question. While the original experience was frustrating, I appreciate that they at least took accountability and made an effort to rectify the mistake.

There I was informed that we would have to manage it only under local anesthesia, because the previous general anesthesia had dragged on. First of all, I must highlight the absolutely wonderful approach of Dr. Rudý, who informed me about everything during the procedure, asked if I was coping with everything, and in general, the whole thing went beyond my expectations, quite quickly and without any inconvenience. And a big thank you also goes to the assistant who was present during the procedure. She calmed me down and supported me the whole time, which really helped me cope with the whole situation.
