Second review, as first one was several years ago. Have been coming here for approx 12 years now and always receive excellent service and care. I'd not consider any other dentist in Bangkok

I never felt rushed and felt confident in the care I was receiving. What stood out the most was the quick turnaround time for my crown treatment. The process was efficient without sacrificing quality, and the results were great. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care and a positive overall experience.
I would 100% recommend coming here for anything from any part of the world. They are amazing and the dentist Dr posathorn Chantadansuwan is so good at what he does. No pain, hard any swelling and 3 wisdome teeth out in under an hour!!!

I am very happy with the work carried out by Pimchanok Thanison DDS for operative and cosmetic dentistry. I had composite bonding to repair a couple of my front teeth.
I went to doctor chinda to get my teeth cleaned, and she did such a good professional job ! Cleaned my teeth and also fixed my broken retainer and the glue I had stuck for years from my old dental fixture. I highly recommend going to her if you are looking for a real professional with care to small details and nice attitude.

Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We’re glad to hear that your own treatment went well. However, we are sorry that your husband’s experience did not meet your expectations. According to our clinical records, your husband was in the treatment room for approximately 30 minutes and presented for a periodontal recall following previous gum treatment. At this visit, there was moderate plaque and calculus present. The treatment provided was a full-mouth cleaning (scaling and polishing) combined with localized root planing in specific areas where it was clinically necessary. To help clarify: • Regular cleaning removes plaque and tartar above the gumline • Deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) includes cleaning below the gumline and treating specific areas under the gums In your husband’s case, root planing was required only in certain areas rather than the entire mouth. For this reason, the procedure is more focused and may take less time than a full-mouth deep cleaning. The fee charged (3,000 THB) reflects the minimum charge for periodontal maintenance visits involving root planing, with fees varying depending on the extent of treatment required. We understand how this may feel confusing, and we sincerely apologize if this was not clearly explained at the time.
