So I just finished a cleaning and whitening session here. The dentist and his assistant were so gentle and so professional - worked with the utmost of care and checked on me all the time. Also thanks to the front desk staff for their professionalism and care. Impeccable customer service all around.
The best dentist in Bangkok. My dentist is Dr Wadee is really nice and the whole staff is very nice and helpful. Very recommend this place

r that, I was unable to consult with him directly because he only visits the clinic once a month. All further communication was handled by the receptionist via Line. When my Bruxchecker film was accidentally damaged by mouthwash, I asked the receptionist if I could get a replacement film to finish the check. I offered to pay for the cost of the replacement film, but they insisted that I pay the full 5,000 Baht again, even though the clinic already had my teeth mold and just needed to request a new film from the lab. Ultimately, the doctor provided a perfunctory diagnosis based only on photos of the damaged film, without seeing the physical film. Looking back at our only meeting, I’m shocked that he even told me to check the marks on the film myself instead of checking it himself. This was a major red flag that I unfortunately ignored at the time. I feel this clinic’s primary focus is making money rather than patient care. They just tried to rip me off while smiling at me. I expected professional dental consultation service，but felt deeply disappointed. Avoid this place if you expect professional medical standards. ～～～～～～ PS: Regarding the clinic's response below — their manager never called me, only I tried to call them. And nobody mentioned anything about let another Doctor give me a second opinion. They are simply lying again.

Response from the owner Edited 2 months agoOur apologies if our administration made you misunderstand about the cost. She provided the full cost before checking the lab if the model is not broken yet during the process. The TMJ specialist is working in different hospitals ,so we need to wait the answer from him which may cause delays. However, as the conversation by Line, the dentist already recommended you to do the mouth guard instead of doing the new Bruxchecker from the first photo you have worn for the first few days before damaged by mouthwash. We totally understand your concerns and our manager tried to contact you that day. However you did not pick up the call. Also today when you said you wanted to pick up the model, we tried to let you see the another specialist for a second opinion because you said the dentist was not reliable but you rejected.

I have been with this clinic for a couple of years and can strongly recommend Dr Merinee.
My husband and I have seen Dr. Weerapong Anusornsit for several years. He is gentle, compassionate, and professional. Every time I visit, he asks about my concerns, explains his plan, and always asks for my permission before beginning any work. He has never recommended unnecessary procedures, and I trust him 100 percent.
I originally chose this clinic because it was approved by the United States Embassy. I keep coming back because the work is superb.

I can highly recommend this dental clinic! Shortly after arriving in Bangkok, my fixed retainer came loose. They were able to give me an appointment on short notice, and I’m very happy with the result.
Big thank you to Dr Metinee & Ms Chompoo for amazing work whilst making me laugh & distracting me from my biggest fear!
