Warning”‼️ keffe has ruined my teeth probably the worst experience I’ve ever had With a dentist you always hear about stories how people‘s teeth got ruined and this is probably one of the worst I went tokeffe At the beginning of 2024 For a routine consultation she then quoted me for three teeth one being on either side of my upper molars and one being on my lower I paid for my appointment in advance as I had fallen pregnant and I was unwell to attend any of the appointments the year after in 2025 after I’ve had my son When I arrived for my appointment her whole demeanour just changed she was so rude and I didn’t think anything of it during my appointment she had started on the wrong side of my face I didn’t think anything of it I just thought this is great she’s starting on something During my appointment I felt her shaving into teeth that we never Discussed and she was really rough to putting her fingers all throughout my mouth going to and from the teeth all in the same time I think it was like 45 minutes I was in the chair after I left I knew something was wrong my bike didn’t feel the same it was just really weird I felt almost like I was biting through one side of my teeth to try and bite down on the other yet they were never touching Correctly But I gave her the benefit of the doubt there was also composite all over the outside of my teeth and I emailed them and I said do I just remove this with my keys they never responded by the way through email they always responded by calling me although whenever I would call them they never pick up Moving forward I gave the benefit of the doubt I let it subside I waited for it all to resolve itself and it never did it got worse I already prepaid for a second sitting with this dentist to get my other side done a singular tooth one of my other upper upper molars And she did the exact same thing she did on the other side she shaved my premolar both my upper molars and she made the surfaces flat I latter found out through going to a specialist and two other dentist that I paid out-of-pocket after asking for my money back from team dental That she had applied a sealant to my teeth pretty much trying to hide what she had done through applying a sealant flat and shaved down all of my upper molars all of them they are uneven my lower teeth Have moved so much And they continue to move my upper palate has changed significantly I’ve had migraines you name it just everything that you could imagine that could go wrong has gone wrong I am currently looking at Taking legal action towards this clinic and what they did to me I would highly recommend you don’t go to this clinic I don’t even know if that dentist is a qualified professional she trained in Africa and I am African-American descent by the way I don’t know if it was a hate crime or something she was just having a bad day and thought I didn’t like you today I’m just gonna ruin your teeth but there is something seriously wrong with that dentist and when I reported her to The house and disability she created a narrative And also completely overlooked the fact that she took advantage of me and drilled into teeth that she probably should not have if I hadn’t paid for them and the board commissioners took her side…………. Long story short she shaved my teeth practically in half on my upper molar and it has caused So many problems she knew what she was doing she was the professional I recommend you don’t go to this dentist I regret going to this clinic And it is gonna cost me almost $10,000 if not already cost me $10,000 to correct this Braces specialist Very long road to correct what she has done … and before I forget The tooth that she drilled into I have never had a filling on She did not talk me through anything she took advantage of me

Really good service. Dentist was a professional and the treatment was virtually pain free. Prices weren't too bad and I can already tell the treatment has worked well for me. Cheers guys

I'm just back from my appointment: complete exam, X-Rays and a partial filling. Everybody was great, from the receptionist to the dental assistant and the dentist. I got what sounded like good advice, and the dentist was very happy to check with another dentist for a second opinion on one uncertainty. The work was done efficiently, yet with care and attention for the client's comfort. The overall cost is within the range one would expect for this very good quality. I definitely recommend this practice, and particularly this dentist (Trent.)

⚠️ WARNING‼️ Dentist Keffe has completely ruined my teeth. I went in only wanting two fillings on my upper molars 1 being on each side of my left/right but instead she shaved down all of my upper molars, including a premolar and a wisdom tooth. “Free” so she said we had discussed 1 other tooth on the Botton honestly what she has done is sooo wrong and malpractice My bite is now so uneven, my lower teeth are moving, and my natural teeth were filed down flat parts don't even touch in parts are uneven and she did this without my consent. I did confront the staff straight after i got out he phone and complained immediately she reassured me she haddent shaved down my teeth all tho she new she had . This has caused permanent changes to my smile and face, difficulty eating, tooth sensitivity, and ongoing pain. I trusted her as a professional, and that trust has been completely violated. I requested a full refund due to the damage and unnecessary work, by the clinic and they refused told me to prove it and i did and have now had to do a full complaint i asked for her to correcting it and she denied what she had done and leaving me with damage to my teeth which will cost thousands get fixed I feel completely distraught and violated by this experience. I cannot recommend her or this practice to anyone please save your teeth, your money, and your peace of mind by going elsewhere. Immediate Consequences •Uneven bite (malocclusion): Upper and lower teeth no longer meet correctly. •Lower teeth shifting: Teeth naturally moved in response to altered upper teeth. •Tooth sensitivity: Enamel shaved down, exposing dentin. •Pain and discomfort: Migraines, jaw strain, and difficulty chewing. Potential Long-Term Effects 1. TMJ (jaw joint) problems: Clicking, popping, pain, or limited jaw movement. 2. Facial asymmetry: Upper lip droop, sunken cheeks, subtle changes in smile and jawline. 3. Accelerated tooth wear: Uneven bite causes excessive wear on remaining teeth. 4. Risk of tooth fracture or nerve damage: Over-shaved teeth are more fragile; may require crowns, root canals, or extractions. 5. Gum issues: Uneven pressure can lead to gum recession or irritation. Functional & Cosmetic Concerns • Difficulty chewing or biting certain foods. • Permanent changes in facial appearance and smile. • Need for extensive corrective dental work, potentially costing thousands. Summary The dental procedures performed were not consented to, unnecessary, and her having to replace 2 of the fillings that straight after had pain and sensitivity caused by keffe both immediate and long-term damage to teeth, i had to plead for her to correct that and now my bite, and facial structure are changing due to her malpractice and leaving me Without corrective treatment, and permanent functional and cosmetic issues I want to be reimbursed $1000 i also have dimples and they have started to disappear and sag im not even kidding i will add photos and the fact that this was done at the hands of a professional as what makes me so upset. I am just devastated and after having a second opinion, I’ve just found out that she has applied the kind of filling that they give usually to children whose teeth are going to fall out

I honestly would not recommend any other dentistry as highly as I do Team Dental Bealey. Trent and Emily were amazing with their care, precision, and skill. They would frequently check up on me to make sure I was comfortable, yet funnily enough, it was the first time I have been in a dentist's chair and actually felt like I could fall asleep. I will definitely be recommending Trent and Emily to my peers. Thank you so much for a very pleasurable visit!

This dental clinic in particular dentist kiffe Prioritise profit over care Trust me woman ruined my teeth so bad that my whole mouth all of my lower teeth have shifted so bad botched work Extremely Disappointed and Would Not Recommend when I tell you the way I feel violated doesn’t even add up to how distraught I am by the quality of service I received by the dentist keffe What she did to me is so unacceptable I had planned to get two teeth on my upper molars fixed one being on either side When I arrived this woman claimed the money Started on the wrong side of my mouth and shaved down six teeth my bike is so off it is starting to change the way I look and How I eat food and everything keep her mind she shaved into teeth that we’re not needing to be filled for at least a good couple years if not forever but This dentist uses cheap quality glass composite fillings these fillings are not permanent they are temporary meaning they last five years I am now having to pay thousands of dollars to have all of the work corrected that I have had done at team dental And I requested my money back and the clinic has said that they stand behind this dentist so I have now had to make a complaint to the New Zealand health , With the cheap Fillings they put in people’s teeth what happens is the filling separates from the tooth over time and food and stuff will get stuck underneath causing more bacteria to grow without you even knowing It can also damage the tooth entirely like break it in half Please do not go to the dentist I’m not even sure if she is qualified to standard.. Absolutely shocking I feel used Please wish me luck in getting my money back. I went to Team Dental for pain on the left side of my teeth and using assistance that had been granted to me on my visit we originally pained to do a tooth on the left side of my face. However, the dentist encouraged me to consider doing additional work, which we briefly discussed. I trusted her professional opinion. To my shock, when I arrived for the treatment, she started working on the opposite side of my mouth. I assumed she might have been starting with the other work we discussed first but I later found out she had drilled into teeth we never agreed on. And when I discussed the left side she was baffled and couldn’t even find an x-ray for the left side , but I never gave my consent for the other teeth she threw in for “Free” I was numb, and when I realised i emailed straight away but to make it worse, the fillings she “ added in” for “free” caused me soo much pain that would have been avoided if she had have not touched them and I had to return to have it corrected , She also replaced another filling again, without my consent. The two teeth we did agree on were done in such a rushed manner that they now feel fused together. My bite still feels completely off, I have had the worst migraine since my teeth done here and drooling, she did the whole all of the top right teeth 4 teeth all in one go and now my teeth are sensitive, and I’m still experiencing discomfort. When I brought this up, she simply told me “everything looks fine,” and that she didn’t file any teeth down but I can feel it and dismissed it telling me that she has been doing this for 20 years . I am literally distraught. I put my trust in this dentist to take care of me, and she completely violated that trust. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. Save your money, and your peace of mind go elsewhere. And do your research oh and to make it worse I now have to go elsewhere and have it all corrected and pay for it all over again and get my tooth fixed that I originally went in for I am literally distraught
