The clinic provided excellent service from the day I came for a consultation. The tooth extraction was very gentle, and the results after treatment were very satisfying. I highly recommend getting braces here; Dr. Rueangyot is highly skilled.

This dental office is very comfortable and nice. It's huge and has a beautiful glass window front. The process for setting up my dental appoint was pretty easy, I just popped in and gave my information and they emailed me a reminder to bring my docs. When I had the cleaning, I didn't have to wait too long and the cleaning was super comfortable. Wasn't particularly fond of the "200 baht" service…

e charge that they add onto every bill which makes the advertised rate out on the board in front of the office impossible. I docked a star for that. All in cost was about 2000 baht for the cleaning.

The facility is nice and seems clean, the staff is friendly. But if you enter as a farrang they will try to upsell you treatments. I came in for an airflow treatment, something i do on a yearly basis back in Norway. When I was in the chair, they recommended doing some plack removal, which i thought was wise but was also the reason why i came in for airflow. Turns out they then changed my entire…

re treatment to classic cleaning and not doing an airflow, the treatment cost more then the airflow and if i also wanted the airflow i would end up paying about 250% more then the informed price. I wont be going back, I really hate how they have to try to squeeze money out (what they assume are) tourists, just so they can get more money. I now have to go to another clinic to get my airflow treatment and I am down about 2500 thb. So all in all, if you're thai i bet this is a decent clinic, if you are non-thai i would advice to go to another location

Please allow us to explain that airflow treatment is mainly for removing surface stains on the teeth. For a complete cleaning, using an ultrasonic scaler is the standard method to remove plaque, tartar, and stains. Usually, airflow is done in addition to scaling if there are stubborn stains that cannot be fully removed by the scaler alone. During your visit, you received a full cleaning with an ultrasonic scaler, hand instruments, flossing, and polishing, which is more comprehensive than airflow alone. The fee for this treatment was 1,700 THB. For comparison, airflow alone which only removes surface stains is priced at 1,600 THB. We truly hope that we have delivered the best suitable treatment and that you feel it was worth the price you paid. For the last word ,that we would like to express, is there is no discrimination in our clinic at all whether you are THAI ,NON THAI OR TOURIST. THE COST FOR EVERY TREATMENT YOU RECEIVE IS THE SAME. Moreover, all dentists at TDH respect our own professional being a good dentist so that no thought of over prescribe treatment to squeeze the money out of the patients' pockets.

My husband initially visited this clinic for a routine clean and check-up. Because he had a history of gum problems, he was rescheduled to see the periodontist. Unfortunately, it turned into the worst dental experience he has ever had. The periodontist was extremely rough and showed very little care or sensitivity. y drilling into the teeth (why? it's gum treatment), which later caused an infection. My husband had to use Listerine as an antiseptic every few hours for several days before the infection finally settled. After that, his tooth became extremely sensitive to hot and cold food and drinks. Today, he went to another dental clinic that had been recommended by our Thai and Australian friends — we truly wish we had gone there first. Their dentist advised that only a root canal was needed and that there was no reason to extract the tooth. He also said something we completely agree with: you should always try to save the natural tooth if possible. The procedure was very gentle, just like the care we receive from our dentist in Sydney, and my husband was so relieved and happy with the outcome. We chose the first clinic because of its very high reviews and its convenient walking distance from where we were staying in Ekkamai — that was a big mistake. The periodontist was arrogant, that kind of attitude should have been a warning sign. But who knows, they have such a high rating! So, please don’t be fooled by the ratings.

Please note that any diagnosis provided is intended to inform patients of their clinical condition and possible treatment options. It is not a form of pressure or obligation. The decision to proceed with any treatment is entirely at the patient’s discretion. During the time of deep cleaning, Periodontist just did his job without any drilling into any of your teeth. His suggestion about 2 teeth without any opposing teeth with dental caries should be taken into attention. Two choices of treatment on these 2 teeth were mentioned but it was on your own 100% decision without any his action done on them. Sensitivity after deep cleaning is considered as normal in the case of severe bone height loss due to root surfaces exposing above bone crest covering only by the gum. We are so sorry for any inconvenience you may have. We sincerely hope for your understanding.
