I was preparing for Invisalign treatment when I had my wisdom tooth extracted. My sibling said it was very comfortable and the doctor was very kind and gentle. I highly recommend him/her.

child was in constant pain. The doctor promised to fix it with a new crown at no cost (they claimed the child might be in pain because the tooth was growing). But that wasn't the case. On the day of the procedure, the new doctor claimed the crown didn't fit properly, causing bacteria to enter, causing the tooth to darken and decay, even after the root canal treatment and crown. I can't imagine if it had gone any longer, my child's tooth might have rotted. However, after the procedure, the doctor charged me almost 5,000 baht more. I objected because the doctor who examined me said he would fix it for free. However, the assistant retorted that it was a different doctor than the one who did the first procedure. "We have to pay." That statement shouldn't have been said (because the clinic is the one who chose the doctor to fix the tooth). (They claimed the doctor who performed the first procedure was no longer here.) Finally, we talked to the finance department downstairs and they agreed to deduct the cost of the new procedure, but they still asked for 700 baht for equipment and anesthesia. We paid it so we could get it over with. However, it was a terrible experience. I felt the clinic was extremely irresponsible. The cost of a crown and root canal treatment was in the tens of thousands, but the service and responsibility were minimal. Not a single apology was issued. To make matters worse, my child had to go through the pain twice, and this time, I had to worry about whether my child would recover and whether the second procedure would be as good. I have no confidence in this clinic again.

This is a great place, perfect for children. The doctor and all the staff are very kind. They familiarize the children with the procedure beforehand so they aren't afraid of dental work. There are lots of toys, which my son loved. We were extremely impressed.

The doctor was very calm, thorough, and provided excellent treatment. All the staff were also lovely. I was very impressed.
I have brought my daughter here since she was a baby. It was our 3rd time visiting here today for check up and fluoride. The quality of service is consistent. We get good care from the dentists and staff. They spend a lot of time talking about my daughter’s dental health and habits and how to promote healthy routines. Lots of space with toys and slides.
