I’ve always been afraid of the dentist 😬, but Dr. Lillane — along with Dr. Yap, completely changed that for me. Both of them, who attended to us, were incredibly gentle, skilled, and reassuring throughout. No rough handling at all, just calm hands and genuine care. I've met so many dentists, and since JB Town Outlet opened, I've met Doctor Liliane. I explained my situation to him, and personally, I think Doctor Liliane is very considerate and knows how to take care of patients. He even comforts me and sings for me occasionally.
