I had my oral hygiene done at this clinic. I'd like to highlight the doctor's very professional work. I usually have problems with an increased gag reflex, but here the doctor was very gentle and relaxed. I didn't have to open my mouth too wide or tense my facial muscles in an uncomfortable position. Everything went smoothly and with maximum comfort for the patient.

I called, the girl picked up the phone. And when she heard the question "do you speak English" she just hung up. Then she hung up or didn't pick up at all. I called 6 times.

I wholeheartedly give it 5 stars. Dr. Szymańska is a fantastic dentist and professional. The consultation was straightforward, and the minor procedure was quick and painless. The clinic is located in a large, high-rise apartment building in a large housing estate. I've added a photo to make it easier to find. :)

Definitely the best dental office I've ever been to, and I'll be back regularly with my child. Even if I had to move to the other side of Krakow, I'd still come back :) I highly recommend it.

Dr. Wojciech Ostrowski is the best! He's very kind, friendly, and you can tell he has a great approach to patients. He explains everything thoroughly what he'll be doing and what he's doing during dental treatment. He maintains constant contact with the patient. Dr. Szymańska is the best! Before I found her, I wasted a lot of time and money going from dentist to dentist, unable to get my teeth in order. Since I started seeing Dr. Szymańska, my dental problems have disappeared. I highly recommend her!

A clinic that inspires trust from the moment you cross the threshold. Very professional approach from Dr. Szymańska. Additionally, a very nice and competent gentleman at the reception. Prices are very affordable for Krakow. You can feel the honesty towards the patient. Interesting decor. I think I have found my clinic and I will gladly recommend it to others.

I can't describe the doctor's approach, but unfortunately, I wasn't given the opportunity. I arrived shortly before my scheduled appointment and noticed the door was locked. The instructions were to press a button and wait for the door to open (the weather was exceptionally unpleasant). was no way to get into my car because there's no parking and you have to park your car much further from the office. I have to say, it effectively discouraged me from using the services.

This dental clinic is highly recommended. The doctor is passionate about what she does, and it shows, and she treats teeth fantastically.
