facility, and answer all my questions — that personal touch made me confident in choosing Sydney Top Dental. Language was a concern for me, but Liam’s excellent English made communication straightforward and stress‑free. He organised transport and looked after us while we were still in Vietnam, and he continued to check in after the procedure to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with the clinic’s services. I have already recommended Sydney Top Dental to four friends and specifically asked them to request Liam because of his professionalism and patience. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience, the Dentists, Dental Technician, the Anesthetiser and Liam’s service. I look forward to returning in August to have my final teeth fitted to the implants. I had 26 teeth removed and 10 of my 12 implant posts installed all in 1 day there was absolutly no pain throughout the surgury and even after. I had a break for a couple days before I had the composite teeth installed. All my discomfort was either from the stitches of which I had a fair few as you would expect and my swolen inflamed gums from my gum issues, other than that a little swelling as to be expected from such major dental surgury. It is definatly been a far less traumatising than I thought it was going to be. I have had a very bad fear of the dentist for many years this has definatly changed my outlook. My liaison liam has been fantastic any and every question and concerns were answered and he always gave me reassurance and days off if I wasn't up to doing more All the dentists were amazing the techs were very proffesional making me feel at ease every step of the way. The anastesia doctor was very reasuring for the two times I was put under sedation. All in all I wish to thank the whole team for an amazing experience here in Vietnam. all the more appreciative. I sat down with Kate who was my minder. She put everything down for me and talked me thru the whole process, and what i could expect surgery wise and post surgery. Her english is very good and she was so sincere with her approach. She was an absolute angel and i would not have made it thru alone if her commitment to making sure i was ok and sorted throughout my stay was her main priority. The team at Sydney top dental are professional and caring, and this came thru at every stage while i was there. My surgery was complex but i was confident that i was in great hands. My operation involved All on 6 top and bottom with a zygo implant on one side. As expected it went without a hitch. Pain levels were very minimal maybe a 2/10 And was given a huge goody bag full of antibiotics, vitamins and pain relief medication. Along with instructions on what to take and when to take them. From start to finish it went soo well. Kate even had food sent up to my room daily and along with the hotel staff checking in on me and making sure i was ok she was also checking in on me a few times a day. Thank you to everyone. The head doctor, surgeon, nurses, the guy taking my shoes at the clinic and to the drivers who got me to the clinic safely everyday it was absolutely unreal the level of care. But most of all thank you to Kate for everything you did to make sure i was ok. Updates to my family while in surgery to the pep talks before surgery reassuring me that everything would be just fine. From the bottom of my heart thank you soo much i could not have done it without you. If your thinking of any dental work and from Nz or Australia.
