4.5 0.5 held back for a clinical over compassion-based approach to patient care. I had a breast reduction/uplift and brachioplasty. The entire process was like a well-oiled machine from pickup at airport to hotel check-in, transport to clinic, pre-surgery work, surgery and post-op care. post-op but I very much believe I'll be happy with the results. The bedside manner of the staff is very clinical and was lacking in bedside manner and compassion, but also extremely efficient and conscientious. Although most of the staff speak very little to no English, understandably, Hamza is provided as a sort of patient advocate/conduit. Hamza is the people part of the clinic and makes everything accessible between clinic staff and patient. I was phenomenally grateful for his presence, compassion, understanding and attention to detail in promoting communication between myself and clinic staff. I don't think the the clinic could operate as well as it does without Hamza. Absolute star.

I had breast surgery in March 2024 and honestly, Gulsen really helped me choose the right treatment plan. Big thanks to Hamza and Saher too, everything went super smooth and easy thanks to them. They’re still keeping me updated and giving me advice about my treatment and I’m thinking of coming back next summer for liposuction. Big thanks to the whole team xx

I had arm lipo dont back in april 2024. I am disappointed with the results as my arms are still very big and have alot of fat still in there. I was told it will take about 6 monhs to seee results but i knew from month 3 that my arms were not going to get smaller. after surgery and was completely slim. Fat was only removed at the back of my arms and I retain fat all over my arms not just the bottom and had expressed to the surgeon before surgery I want ALL fat removed but this was not done. The surgeon said he will do it. But when I mentioned parts where fat is still there months after my surgery I was told they only remove fat on the under arms which is ridiculous when arm lipo is for all over and the surgeon said he would do this at the time of my surgery and didn’t say anything about only doing certain part. If I knew this I wouldn’t have gone a head with the surgery!!! For how much I paid for the surgery for only arms I am very unhappy with the service and even after when I expressed my concerns they were not helpful . It’s been 7 months since my surgery and my arms are fully healed and they still they look the same size from before surgery. I have also spoke many times to different representative of surgery TR about not being happy and at the time of surgery I was told if I’m not happy they will rectify it. They still haven’t when I mentioned how I’m not happy with the way my arms look I keep getting brushed off with saying it’s the swelling but it’s not. They don’t want to solve my issue when I was told this will be resolved if I’m not happy. I am very unhappy and want either a partial refunded for my surgery or for my arms to be done properly. Please can someone resolve this issue for me thanks

According to the information we received from our doctor, arm liposuction is only performed on the back of the arms. Liposuction for the front of the arm (biceps) is not a recommended procedure in the medical literature. Prior to the surgery, it was suggested that arm lifting would be a more effective solution, but since you preferred liposuction, the procedure was performed accordingly. Additionally, it was communicated to you that the tightening effect would develop over time, typically taking up to one year. Furthermore, alternative treatments, such as laser skin tightening, were offered to enhance the results, but since these treatments would incur an additional cost, you chose not to proceed with them. The procedures performed during the surgery were carried out entirely based on your preferences, and the results are expected to become more noticeable over time. Our doctor provided the necessary explanations regarding the treatment process, and the procedure was conducted in line with those details. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and every step of the process was communicated transparently. Based on all the information provided during the process, the treatment plan was followed, and while the post-surgery results may not fully align with your expectations, our goal has always been to offer the best experience for our patients and manage such situations in the best possible way.
