They took the time to explain every step of the implant process clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The dentist Luis was highly skilled and detail-oriented, and the implant procedure itself went smoothly with far less discomfort than I expected. Luis was the best and took great care of me and I slept the whole procedure comfortably and don’t remember a thing . Thanks to the Anesthesiologist who took great care of me while sedated and prior to being sedated . The clinic is modern, spotless, and uses up-to-date technology, which immediately gave me confidence in the quality of care. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about my comfort and results. The front desk staff and my dental assistant was amazing ! The follow-up and aftercare instructions were thorough, and they checked in to make sure I was healing well. I saved a significant amount compared to prices in the US , without sacrificing quality at all. I got my healing teeth just in time for my New Year’s Eve cruise and my face was all healed up by the time I stepped on the boat . Had an amazing cruise with an amazing smile . Can’t wait to go back and get my permanents in April and see everyone ! His super chill and welcoming demeanor, along with the insights shared, really help put my mind at ease before I arrive so I would for sure check that out . The logistics are seamless; using the shuttle from Phoenix airport directly to the border significantly reduces travel stress. For those wondering about safety, Los Algodones is welcoming and friendly—just use common sense as you would anywhere else! I highly recommend staying at the on-site hotel within the Supreme Dental Complex, as it makes recovery and adjustments ultra-convenient. Ultimately, dental tourism is about receiving high-quality care that improves your overall quality of life. If you’re considering this path, don’t hesitate to reach out! o keep us updated when things were running a little behind. No one ever seemed rushed or bothered. they were just calm, gentle, and professional the whole time. It’s not often you come across a place where people genuinely care, but this clinic surely does. Thank you all for taking such good care of my sister and for making her feel so comfortable. We’ll be seeing you again in a few months, and I’ll be bringing some cookies next time.

e lower arch fell off completely. The upper arch also developed a gap, started trapping food and odor, and then lost adhesion shortly after. A properly made full-arch prosthesis should not fail this way. When I asked for a proper remake, the clinic refused and insisted on “adjustments only,” even though the problem was clearly a fabrication error. They also removed and lost my temporary teeth without my consent, leaving me without teeth after the permanent prosthesis failed. Communication became hostile when I tried to assert my rights. A staff member even made false accusations to intimidate me. I now have to seek treatment elsewhere and spend even more money to fix the damage. I do not recommend this clinic. Please be cautious and get multiple opinions before committing to treatment here. Thank you for your public reply. I would like to clarify a few important points so future patients have the full context. Reply to their response: • The exact amount I paid ($26k vs $30k) does not change the fact that both the upper and lower prostheses failed within months. I also need to spent on flights, hotels, taxis , food , etc. • I did not “leave early by choice.” Your lab delayed the prosthesis, which reduced the time available for proper adjustments. I was there for the whole time for the schedules you made for me. • A titanium bar has nothing to do with the fact that the lower prosthesis did not match my gum line, sat off the ridge on one side, and eventually fell off. These are issues of design and fit. • An independent implant specialist has already confirmed that: – My upper and lower arches do not match – The lower prosthesis does not sit on one side of the gum – The design cannot be fixed with adjustments – A full remake is required He also warned that the misfit will continue to cause instability, and my lower prothesis may eventually fracture. That is exactly what happened: my lower prosthesis has already begun to loosen again. • I never requested a “different style.” I only asked for a prosthesis that actually fits my anatomy. • You removed my temporary prosthesis without consent and later told me it was lost, leaving me with no teeth when the permanent one failed. Despite eating only on one side and avoiding hard foods, the lower prosthesis has already begun to loosen again. This confirms the independent doctor’s findings. Your “warranty” requires patients to fly internationally at their own expense, on limited days of the week, only for you to refuse a proper remake and instead offer surface-level fixes that do not address the root problem. A warranty that does not meaningfully solve the issue is not a warranty. Your response does not address why: the curvature of the prosthesis does not follow my gum line, one side of the prosthesis does not sit on the gum at all, the upper and lower arches do not match, and both prostheses failed within a short time. These points remain unanswered. I stand by my review. My experience and the clinical failures I faced are factual and supported by another licensed specialist.

locals/ restaurants are excellent. I had 8 old crowns replaced with zirconium crowns that are far superior to my old ones. The price for all was incredibly reasonable. I came from Alabama to this place after researching and speaking with pt coordinator Luis. He kept me updated at all times even on weekends when I was planning my trip there. Please don’t be afraid to go. The risk is sooo worth it! I’m coming again to get more done on bottom as soon as I can afford it again. Please don’t be afraid of the town or locals as they are incredibly sweet people . I included a pic so you can see the proof. Thank you again Supreme Dental 😁❤️🌺

teeth. Different color and different look. They glue a cheap tooth onto plastic...that's all it is. This is NOT what was explained initially, and we could have at the end of the day, paid 9k more for the strong and better made all in 4's. DONT waste your money on the cheaper teeth!! Also, as they have grown, the customer service has changed, which is too bad because it used to be so good.
