Dear Yvonne, At our clinic, we will always try to save the patient's teeth. We will never sacrifice any teeth in our practice! When you came to our clinic in 2017, your upper front teeth were with severe gum problem - they were shaking and forwardly placed. We did not suggest to remove the teeth immediately. Instead, we tried to save your teeth with both gum treatment and root treatment. But sadly because of the poor bone condition that you have presented, all the teeth did not respond well to the treatment. Hence, removal of the teeth was unavoidable. It was upsetting to us that you have to end with a denture.
