Nobody wants to get sick. But I feel comfortable when I receive treatment or visit this clinic. The location and access are easy, and there's ample parking. I LOVE the service. Everyone from the front desk, the doctors, and the pharmacist are very friendly. Bravo to the management of this clinic. Continued success in the future.

steps very well. We made the payment and were done. Beforehand, we asked the doctor for a prescription. After payment, we were given the prescription and asked to review it. I don't know if we had asked for the wrong date (I was so weak at the time that even speaking took a bit of effort), so I went back to ask if I could change the prescription to a 3-day period. Another nurse responded and wanted to ask the doctor who had previously examined us, but there was one staff member I couldn't tell if she was a nurse or a doctor because her uniform was a distinct light blue, she wore thick glasses, and she seemed to be mostly at the front desk (I also had a check-up a few months ago, and she was always at the front desk, never taking any patients, to my knowledge). She immediately interrupted me and replied, "The maximum time for a referral letter is two days," in a tone that I thought was a little high, or perhaps just my own impression of her health. I actually wish I had asked the doctor first, considering she wasn't the one making the diagnosis and decision. Regarding the referral letter, I think it's permissible for it to take longer than two days, like at other clinics/doctors, depending on the patient's condition. Our condition was truly severe, even though our illness was limited to a fever, a fever, and a cough. The wide variety of medications we received indicated that our illness was not trivial. Since I didn't feel like arguing due to the circumstances, I accepted it. And in the end, we still haven't recovered. Our fever hasn't gone down, and the medication hasn't finished yet. Do I have to come back to the clinic to request another day's prescription? I hope that in the future, patients can consult with the doctor about all their decisions. Even if it's just a prescription letter. It's very important. I gave it 5 stars because everything was excellent, except for the unfortunate thing about the lady who was wearing different clothes yesterday and was wearing glasses. Note: During registration, another nurse, not the one wearing glasses, handled the process, so I only met her at the time of payment. That's it. Thank you, and stay healthy.
