I think there is nothing to criticize! I could go on and on about the approach, the space, the experience. The dentist fixed several cavities that my previous dentist didn't address/see. Everything was done with a white composite filling, my teeth look like new. She did my first x-ray (at 25 🤣). I have been going to Dr. Lachová with my family for several years and we have always been completely satisfied with the care provided. I can only recommend the clinic. The approach of the dentist and the other staff is completely professional, helpful and friendly.

Unbelievable care...I have never experienced anything like it anywhere. Dr. Micanova is so meticulous, very kind to children and adults. She treats you with respect. She works painlessly. She discusses each tooth separately with you, takes several X-rays. She explains everything carefully. Top-notch care, professionalism and painlessness characterize this clinic. They always explain in detail how the procedure will be performed. They made me beautiful white fillings that are indistinguishable from my own tooth. So I definitely recommend them to everyone.
Avoid, very nice and friendly on 1st visit, then they start playing games..they require 2 hygiene visits when not necessary..they text to confirm your appointment, when you reply back via text to reschedule, they will blame you for texting them and saying you don't read text messages..so why send them to clients? These people left me with half a crown of work .no wonder they can afford gold toilet…

I spent almost 15,000 CZK on them and they didn't finish..Avoid if you don't like being considered an idiot...I have to add to this review..see reply..never admit any guilt..they actually left me with half a crown of dental work..spent 15000 CZK..really disgusting service. I see your response to my review... You're still lying, aren't you.. I visited the hygienist as you requested! that was part of being one of your customers. Anyway, I have now found a professional dentist in CZ who doesn't try to cheat me or take money for no reason. Dear Mr. Mark, We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our services, however, we recommend that you visit the dental hygienist regularly, not twice. So that our work makes sense and is as comprehensive and high-quality as possible. Our priority is to establish trust between us and the patient, which requires cooperation from both parties. The SMS messages you mentioned are a bonus for you, they serve only as a reminder for patients about the upcoming visit. If the patient wants to adjust the date in any way, they need to notify us of this fact by phone (as written in the text of the SMS). Since the reminder SMS are sent automatically by the system, unfortunately, in most cases we do not even receive patient responses. We clearly stand by the procedures we performed for you and their quality. Your treatment was properly and definitively completed. P.S. We definitely do not have gold sanitary equipment 🙂

Dr. Amin is the best dentist I have ever had! She explains everything and her work is quick and painless. I am so glad they opened a dental hygiene clinic here. If you have the opportunity to make an appointment with Dr. Amin, definitely don't hesitate! You won't find a better dentist anywhere 😊
