Terrible service and completely incompetent doctors. I won't book another appointment with doctors Irina and Alexandra, even for an extra fee. They're just making money, nothing more. Everything looks good only on Instagram and in reviews, some of which aren't even from real patients. I don't recommend them.

We do not begin treatment without the patient's consent, so the issue of "pushing" is simply out of the question. Here, I encountered a situation where service and customer focus are advertised, but absent in practice. I consider it unacceptable to charge a patient 115 lari just for recommending a rescheduled appointment. This approach suggests that the clinic prioritizes one-time revenue over long-term patient relationships.

Professional hygiene performed too often can damage the enamel and gums, so the doctor decided not to do it on this day. Instead, an examination was carried out and recommendations were given, which complies with international protocols. The cost of the appointment in such cases is fixed as the "examination" service. This is a separate item in our price list, and we always try to make pricing as transparent as possible so that patients understand what they are paying for. We value your trust and openness.
