The appointment itself was virtually painless and, surprisingly, quite quick, even though the work was clearly complex and required a lot of attention. During the examination, the doctor also noticed several other problem areas and immediately suggested addressing them. The treatment was quick and very high-quality. I had a tight deadline, and we met it completely. Furthermore, they specifically gave me a week before my flight so I could rest and enjoy the trip—another plus. The clinic left a very pleasant impression: plenty of space, excellent design, attention to detail at every stage—from reception to the doctors. There was good music, a calm atmosphere, smiling people, and a truly professional team. Special thanks to Dr. Evgenia, a true professional. Thank you. Definitely the best dentist! I want to grow more teeth so I can go there more often! The staff is incredibly polite, and the quality of work is superb. The cleaning procedure was no more painful than a visit to the hairdresser. The only downsides are that you can't eat borscht for a couple of hours after the cleaning, and you can't bite.

The answer was vague: "The doctor will figure it out." Only on the third attempt did they inform me that in that case I'd have to pay for the entire appointment, which I didn't request and didn't need. The most frustrating thing is the lack of transparency in the bill. There's no clear explanation of what exactly you're paying for and when. You literally have to coax the information out piece by piece. I don't require a price quote or a work plan upfront. But if there's a chance the service I'm booking for might not be provided, and I'll be billed for something else instead, they're required to clearly and verbally inform me of this at the booking stage, not after the fact. I consider this approach misleading. Be careful and always clarify all financial details upfront, even if the question seems obvious.
