Simply great. Staff, communication and the performance itself. I would not hesitate to recommend a tooth extraction at this clinic as an experience gift. Ask your dentist for a voucher if indicated, they will certainly be happy to oblige... I have been twice and I am very satisfied ;-)

The doctor and nurse were great, the extraction of the eight was quick and painless. I also thank them for reassuring me, I was really scared before the procedure. The reception is a tragedy - that's why I have to give such a low rating. I called the lady at the reception three times and it was always an unpleasant experience. The third time she hung up on me without saying goodbye.

Doctors are great, 5/5, everything was always excellent! But there is a big BUT, reception and scheduling is the worst, 1/5. The average waiting time when I have a scheduled appointment is around 1 hour! To schedule an appointment, you have to call, but they don't answer sometimes for the whole day, or even 2 or 3 days. Then, if you write an email, they say you have to call... It's a mess.

The doctor is helpful and caring. With a sense of humor. The procedure was quick, accurate and painless. I can only recommend it. The reception and waiting room are clean and spacious. The advantage is that the pharmacy is almost around the corner. I recommend it with all my heart :-)

The experience with the extraction of all eights was very professional, the environment was clean, the nurses were nice and the doctors had funny comments... I recommend it :)) But they could comment more on the procedure and prepare a nervous patient, at times I felt rushed, that they perceived me as a number, not as a person. But that is probably a more general problem of the healthcare system.
