was able to solve my problem on the spot. The office was immaculate, Patrick and the other dentist in the office were very friendly, both spoke English fluently, I was charged a very reasonable price (extremely inexpensive by US standards), and I left feeling quite happy with the visit and outcome. Also: I booked through the online form on their website, which alleviated my telephone anxiety. Very strongly recommend!
Dr. Lu is the best dentist I have ever met. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Lu was great. He explained that I didn't have any cavities, just a gum infection, and treated it in the least invasive way. It was covered by insurance, so I didn't pay anything. I definitely recommend him. Plus, he was the only dentist in the area who was willing to see me right away.

nervous before the appointment, but the doctor's patience and kindness calmed her nerves, and she cooperated very well throughout the examination. In all my years of dental visits, this is the first time I've encountered such a patient doctor. He provided detailed recommendations on cleaning techniques and tools that are suitable for me. He even noted and explained my bite joint issues and residual issues from previous wisdom tooth extractions. The doctor is extremely professional and responsible, and the other staff are also very attentive. The service was excellent, and our entire family is very satisfied!

was just visiting some old friends, people I can trust , feel safe and know that everything it's gonna work the best possible. Hard working people that love what they do, I feel like even if I'm In the other side of the world I just want to fly to Prague everytime I need to go to the dentist 🤣. I had some urgency to make an appointment, called so many dentist in Prague and many didn't talk good English and also all of them didn't had any time available for something so short notice. They immediately made 3 appointments for me , even on a Sunday, I never heard about a dentist open on a Sunday! I meet 4 people working there and everyone had an awesome English, explained me everything I need to know about how to take care about my teeth, it felt like I was having a course on dental hygiene haha 😂. Thanks once again forever grateful for all your time and help. I feel like I have the most perfect mouth in the world after your help.

A very nice medical appointment, with a very warm welcome of an english speaking team. And a dentist very patient and reassuring who really takes time to explain the cares he will perform and provide advice. I definitely recommend it.

d to be the most pleasant experience but with a lot of reviews mentioning how "painless" the experience was, I must mention my painful experience. Last but not least, at the end of the first cleaning appointment, I was told that I would need to come once more to finish it, which was ok for me. I asked the lady at the reception to confirm that I wouldn't have to pay for the next appointment since the cleaning was still a work in progress, and she did confirm. To my surprise, when the second cleaning appointment was finished, I was asked to pay 1700 CZK once more because the cleaning is apparently charged based on the amount of sessions needed. I refused to pay because that was not the agreement from the week before. Maybe I missed something or maybe things work differently in Czech Republic but I think that Laila clinic should be more transparent on their prices and practices. I even checked the website and nowhere did I find the price that I paid for the cleaning.

Flawless treatment hand in hand with extraordinary empathy. Moreover, surprisingly comfortable (after all: a dentist!), in two hours in the chair (more demanding filling replacement and repair of an adjacent tooth) I basically didn't feel the slightest pain, probably the worst thing was keeping my mouth open the whole time, and that was drilling into a nerve. And a bonus that really helped: I could have headphones with my favorite music in my ears almost the whole time, to at least partially drown out the unpleasant sound of the drill. In short, the dentist I've been looking for my whole life. I chose her after a careful search based on very positive reviews on the internet, so maybe mine will help someone else.

Excellent service, I got the first appointment in a very reasonable time. The doctors and the staff are super nice and attentive and they make sure you feel comfortable the whole time.
