Great contact with the patient, two roots extracted painlessly in two minutes, I definitely recommend the doctor.
My son had surgery a week ago to remove his baby teeth and an intervening tooth. He's only 8 years old, and although the surgery may seem "drastic and painful" for a child, he said it was the most pleasant visit to the doctor. A month after the visit, I lost half of my healthy tooth
I received a treatment without an allergens questionnaire. My partner lost after one month half tooth despite options never mentioned to avoid it.

t medication I should never have received, which resulted in a severe allergic reaction throughout my entire body, two trips to the emergency room, and an ambulance call due to severe swelling, including in my face (several times intravenously administered steroids and adrenaline). The package included a dramatic weakening of my body and several weeks of therapy with exorbitant doses of medications, including steroids, as well as treatment for peeling skin over the following weeks. I am still struggling with the effects of this event, and they will likely stay with me forever. Not reading patient records is one of the problems with this facility; the other is a complete lack of accountability for their own botched work. First, there was the manipulation of issuing copies of records, claiming they couldn't access the system, the doctor wasn't there because he had to pick up the children, etc., then the attempt to shift the blame onto the assistant. Meanwhile, my symptoms related to this incident were described by the clinic's lawyer as an "incident" and "episode." In the case of this facility, I was disappointed not only by their lack of professionalism but also by their complete lack of ethics, moral compass, and humane approach in the face of my personal tragedy. The case has now been reported to a law firm for further investigation into medical malpractice.

pleasantly surprised by the outcome. This was my second visit with my daughter to Konrad, and he also has a great approach to children and does a great job. Olga, on the other hand, is very good at performing dental hygiene procedures, and she's also a very nice person.
I recommend them 100%. Ms. Agnieszka and Mr. Konrad are professionals full of empathy, knowledge, and kindness.

I sincerely recommend this place! I came with the severe pain due to inflammation process that started in one of the tooth canals, and doctor diagnosed me and provided the necessary treatment even though the work time was over and I was taking extra time. Their professionalism and willingness to help is truly amazing!

I highly recommend it! Mr. Konrad performed the procedure expertly, and even though it was difficult and invasive (two hours), I didn't need a single painkiller after the visit! Excellent!
