Incredible patience and approach. A place where miracles happen. They helped us a lot. It was a difficult journey to get two small children's teeth in order, but they are finally looking forward to going to the dentist, that says it all, in my opinion. Thank you for being you.

My daughter and I have been going to the family dentist since she was 15 months old. We have never experienced a better approach, willingness, or help. They saved my daughter's teeth when one of them broke off after a fall. We have to travel 130km for a check-up, but we have not regretted the trip for 2.5 years.
For me, the dates they are performing at this place are not normal!!!!!!!. They canceled the date through their own fault, they moved it 2.5 months later. For me, it's all bad and sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regarding the canceled appointment: as the reception certainly communicated to you and we constantly announce on the internet, an unpleasant situation happened to us, namely that one doctor remained on long-term leave and two on short-term leave. We are human, it can happen to anyone. Our work is very demanding, we try to help whoever we can and we expected that if we communicate it honestly, it would be accepted. Regarding the replacement appointment: it is very difficult to find a doctor who is both a sought-after specialist and has an appointment in a week. We try to provide an appointment as soon as possible plus put children on hold and call them sooner. But I understand that the waiting time seems long to you. I sincerely keep my fingers crossed for you in finding a doctor who will suit you and your child in terms of time, professionalism and personality.

Everything in the family dentist is adapted to children and you don't feel like you are at the dentist's office at all. They have everything there equipped with children's toys and various aids to keep children interested right in the clinic. Baby teeth are very important and postponing their problem will not solve the problem itself. respected the decision that we did not want anesthesia, sedatives, that everything had to be done as quickly as possible using local anesthesia. With long preparation, constant education, and explanations, the child can be prepared, and my daughter handled everything brilliantly. I recommend it.

Thank you very much for the review, even if it is negative, it always pushes us forward. You visited us twice with your daughter. The first time for an initial examination, during which your daughter's teeth were in a catastrophic state at the age of three. The doctor prepared a detailed therapeutic plan for you, which you signed. The second time you came for acute treatment of a painful tooth. Since it was a tooth that should be in the mouth until the age of 12, the doctor treated the root canals, which, however, could not be completed at once in a 3-year-old child. She helped my daughter acutely, finished the treatment with a temporary inlay, and the tooth was to be completed together with the other teeth under general anesthesia. Therefore, the tooth could not have been done badly, it was not completed at all. Another tooth was extracted in the same session, and the extraction was performed well. As part of this acute treatment, I went among my patients and made a preliminary treatment plan for you based on the images I had available. This plan details the tooth numbers and what should be done to them. I did this so that you would not have to come to me for a special appointment and pay for another consultation. I always try to accommodate parents and help them. I am learning from this that I will stand my ground and will always have a special consultation before treatment under general anesthesia. It is very important to me that a parent knows exactly what their child is expecting and what they are paying for. I honestly cannot imagine that a procedure of the scope we discussed could be performed and would cost up to 1000 euros. In any case, I am sincerely glad that you found a doctor where you were satisfied and I hope that her teeth will last until they are replaced.
