A terrible experience with the "dentist" Berenice. She mistreated my 6-year-old daughter. She needs to work on many things when working with children. It's not fair that she's practicing and charging as a professional when she has so much training to do. More than 6,000 pesos wasted.

Absolutely not recommended!! On September 4th, I went in for a consultation for a decayed tooth, but instead, they removed an amalgam filling and applied a resin, leaving the cavity I was worried about intact. g day, September 11th. Since the discomfort was so severe, I had to find another dentist who could see me that same day. The dentist told me that the resin was incorrectly positioned, which was why I was having pain when chewing, and that the cavity was uncovered. With this information, I contacted Dr. Berenice and asked for a refund, as she hadn't performed the procedure correctly, not even considering the cavity she hadn't even touched. At night, I received a call from her, telling me the error was due to her fatigue and that her vision was failing. She asked me to reconsider the refund and allow her to correct her mistake. Since I accept medical negligence, I decided not to trust her again and to request a refund, of which she only returned 80% of the total. Therefore, I do not recommend this office or this doctor. I am sharing my experience so you can reflect before going to this person, as her Facebook page only has positive reviews. That's why I decided to request her services, not imagining the situation I was about to experience.
