I received excellent service from the girls, and Dr. Marciele did a spectacular job guiding me and explaining everything in the best way possible. I was simply delighted with the place and the service ❤️

I highly recommend Soul Odontologia Clinic! From the reception to the service, everything is done with great care and affection! My daughter is being followed by Dr. Marciele, who is super attentive and competent 🦷 We have the annual plan and, honestly, it's totally worth it 💙 We are very satisfied with the whole experience!

On one hand, it's been excellent, everyone is very attentive and a great professional... However, on the other hand, it's a real pain. Every month they send me messages demanding payment before the due date, and this has been going on for a year now. I find this annoying, even though I've already explained that there's no reason for it, and it continues 🤦🏼. I think every responsible client…

knows their monthly commitment, but sometimes you might be able to pay five days after the due date because you haven't received the money or some other unforeseen circumstance. Even when I traveled, I warned them if I would be delayed a few days, but that I would settle as soon as I arrived. And in Capão da Canoa, I received collection notices even after notifying them, and every month it's paid. THAT'S THE ONLY THING I FIND ANNOYING. It makes it seem like we're going to default or something like that. Even I, who am a self-employed individual, don't chase my clients, and thank God I've never needed to. If one or two are late, they quickly let me know, and everything is fine without embarrassing anyone or missing a payment. Apart from that, everything is okay.
