Clinica+sorrisus, I don't know of a better service. Super polite people who know how to treat others. Excellent work. The professional Dr. Anna Carolina is charismatic, polite, and has a special way of treating her patients. I highly recommend it ☺️
I receive treatment at this clinic, but I don't recommend it solely because of the long wait times. Every time I go, I have to wait an hour to be seen, and there's absolutely no commitment to scheduled appointments, especially if it's at the end of the workday.

I scheduled my first appointment for 9:00 AM almost a month in advance. Promptly at the clinic, I waited for all the patients who were already there, including others who arrived later. Thinking it was an unusual day, I chose to wait longer. However, in addition to all this, other patients who had been seen were complaining, vaguely, about the slow resolution of their appointments. last straw that led me to give up. In short, I've never publicly expressed my dissatisfaction with a company's poor service before, but today I encountered this grotesque situation. As they say, first impressions are lasting, and I can assure you, this one was not pleasant at all.

On September 14, 2019 (Saturday), we attended to many emergencies, and since it was a Saturday between 8 am and 11 am, we had many patients with urgent cases. However, to improve service and serve everyone, we have increased the number of specialists and are now offering scheduled appointments. If you would like to see the change, please contact the clinic to schedule a new evaluation, or if you prefer, we can contact you to provide you with a new experience at our clinic.
