The worst of all, I wouldn't recommend the doctor who treated me to anyone. She has a heavy hand that even hurts your mouth, not to mention that they did a filling on a tooth that they knew needed a root canal and they even left excess resin on my tooth from the filling, which I took to another doctor to finish the job.

, and nothing has happened!!! This is causing frustration. I requested a refund, and they initially refused to reimburse me, which is very difficult. The clinic avoids refunding patients even when there are clear errors on their part. The management is completely unprepared. I am leaving this report as a warning to patients seeking quality care, and also as a way to encourage regulatory bodies to more closely observe the clinic's conduct. NOTE: They responded to my message below saying it wasn't at their clinic!! Their clinic is located in Deodoro Square next to Diniz Optics. I went there in person with my father, and we were received by the manager, Jossana! How could it not be you? You still have the audacity to say it wasn't them, instead of acknowledging your mistake. Here is my warning to anyone looking for this clinic.
