My experience has always been satisfactory, from the reception staff to the team of professionals, who are trained to provide excellent service.

treatment started almost simultaneously with the opening of the clinic, and I am always very well attended to during my maintenance appointments. I feel respected, regardless of the type of work I need done. Sorrisart delivers much more than it promises!

Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. I chose the clinic based on the excellent rating here on Google, but in my case, I had a terrible experience. I needed to redo a resin veneer for one tooth that had broken. my opinion is basic and normal. The problem is that on the day of the procedure, another employee performed it, and it seems there was no communication between them. On that day, I reiterated the issue of visual symmetry. At the end of the procedure, when checking the result, it was terrible. The tooth was much wider than the reference tooth and had a clear color difference, being darker than the rest, meaning it clashed significantly with the rest of my mouth. I could see the difference in both size and color from a distance in photos. Besides that, I could feel excess resin on the tooth with my tongue; it was very poorly finished. I expressed my dissatisfaction immediately, and the employee still seemed surprised/incredulous, as if he had done a perfect job. A few days later, I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp and explained my dissatisfaction, asking if it was possible to make an adjustment, as I believe that just sanding would improve things considerably. To my surprise, I received no response from the clinic, a complete lack of consideration, and I was very disappointed. Recently, I went to another clinic and had the veneer redone. The difference in the execution of the procedure and the final result was immense, confirming the poor quality of the previous work.
