Hi everyone, I recently discovered Sorrifacil through Instagram and immediately started treatment to get braces. I found the price affordable and I'm loving it. The place is very cozy and the service is super professional.

100% failure rate, no continuity among the professionals who worked at the clinic, the procedure can involve up to 6 different professionals, meaning that if something goes wrong, as in my case, there's no one to hold responsible.

What a wonderful clinic with amazing service! I went to a few in the area and didn't receive the same attention and explanations as I did at Sorrifácil. I will return and definitely recommend it.

The clinic has been 5 MONTHS without delivering my mother's prosthesis and there is no estimate of when this will happen. Dr. JOAO NETO was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. A STATEMENT OF REPUDIATION to these professionals!!! TERRIBLE experience. Indignation is what defines it. And they showed zero interest in solving the problem.

It's a well-located company, offers dental treatment, has a good presentation, well-qualified professionals, and demonstrates good knowledge in their field.
My mother-in-law has been waiting for her fixed prosthesis for 7 months. She's made 12 trips to test it, but it's never quite right. They're dragging things out too much, and they didn't even give her the temporary prosthesis. A complete scam! I got a quote for my mother's treatment on January 30th and PAID IN FULL! On the first day of treatment, they asked for more money, which we paid! And today, March 21st, 2023, after only two items of the treatment, they are asking for MORE MONEY, claiming they "made a mistake" with the quote! that possible? You don't honor your agreements with the client?! And besides that, for the past two days my mother has been going to the clinic and waiting two hours to resolve this! Before, when I had to pay the amount, the service was quick, and now they're doing this? THIS CLINIC IS A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT!
