Excellent, the customer service team was very professional and helpful.

Dr. João and Sorrifacil were a disappointment. My mother passed away, and all they told me was: "Can you send the death certificate to prove it?" My mother was delighted with him and the service, she started treatment, even had the implants done, but last year she discovered she had cancer and had to stop. I called, I notified everyone. prosthesis became loose, they didn't help. I stopped paying because I wouldn't have an implant for now, and they only sent messages to collect payment. And in the end, they only want to prove that she died. I will never forget this professional and this team. Fake.
