I arrived at the clinic in excruciating pain and crying, and the doctor refused to work on my tooth unless I paid R$1500.00 for a prosthesis. She even said she would only do it if I paid that amount! Leaving me in extreme pain.

Very bad. They schedule appointments, don't show up, then another patient arrives, is seen, and they keep leaving patients waiting for a long time after their scheduled appointment time, starting with the terrible reception service. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

Hi, good morning. At first, everything is calm, but then things start to change. I had a disappointment with this clinic. They agreed to one thing and did another. Be careful with the contract when you sign it; they lie and make it seem like you misunderstood. It's awful. They start charging you extra things with the utmost audacity and cynicism. since August 2025 until I received this blow this month. I'm very upset. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. NOW I'LL HAVE TO DO THE REST AT ANOTHER CLINIC... BUT NOW I'M MORE CAREFUL SO I DON'T GET SCAMMED AGAIN. They left me with a broken prosthesis, and the temporary one too. I have to get it done urgently, even though I've already paid them. I'll have to do it somewhere else.
