I really liked the service, I was very well received and attended to by the dentists at the clinic, they were very attentive and made it much easier for us to have the procedures done... A special thank you to doctors Felipe, Ian and Bruna for the wonderful service.

Completely disappointing. I went to the place to get my teeth cleaned. I asked via WhatsApp who the professional would be. They told me it would be Dr. Bruna. Done. I was seen by her at first, and she was very friendly. They told me the price and took me to a room to pay. I paid. room and started the process. First of all, I've never been to a dentist who doesn't put on an "apron," I got soaked. The procedure lasted about 10 minutes, I've had it done before and I know it's not that quick. When she was "brushing," I could see that she wasn't brushing all my teeth and was just applying toothpaste. The same thing happened when she used the filling. As I said, I've had this done dozens of times and I could see that it wasn't being done carefully. I would describe her actions and treatment as a "washing up" rather than a proper cleaning! I felt completely cheated. Basic things I've seen in other appointments were missing. They always gave me instructions, used dental floss, provided guidance, and did things with more care. At the end of the procedure, she didn't even show me the result. I left the office without even seeing the service. My feeling is that I left that office robbed and with wet clothes. Very upset with the service I received.
I have nothing but praise. The service is sensational, the professionals are extremely polite, and the environment is comfortable. Dr. Lilian's care and attention are undoubtedly wonderful. I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so, as I have nothing but praise.
