I had dental hygiene at Sony Dental Clinic and I was really satisfied. The hygienist was very nice, professional and willing to explain everything. The treatment itself was pleasant, nothing drastic. It's a great form of prevention rather than dealing with more complex procedures later. And as a new customer you can even get a small gift, which is a nice touch 😊 I'll be happy to come back.

It's the second time I visited this clinic and I know it's not gonna be the last. The staff is always polite and friendly. They take their time to explain and allow questions. And the fact they all speak English is a big plus. Great service, affordable prices and clean teeth - I highly recommend them!

I really don't understand the high rating of this clinic. My experience was very bad, both in terms of the treatment itself and the communication with the management. The treatment, which was supposed to last approximately 60 minutes according to the description, took barely half an hour. d that she would need to come again - which I consider unfair to the client. In my opinion, there was still time to finish. In addition, I encountered an unprofessional approach. After sending an inquiry by e-mail, I received an arrogant response from the owner, who instead of trying to explain or correct the situation, tried to trivialize the whole thing and turn it to my disadvantage. I have comparisons from other dental hygienists and I know what a professional approach should look like. Here I had the feeling that a client who comes through Slevomat is more of a nuisance. If you are looking for quality and fair treatment, I recommend choosing another clinic.
I would like to share my experience with this, dare I say, “wannabe clinic”. The very fact that it offers its services through the Slevomat portal should have been a warning sign. Such steps usually indicate that the facility does not have enough clients, and therefore is trying to acquire them through discount promotions – which in the case of health services seems somewhat unprofessional.…

Another disturbing finding was that the company’s executive director is a person who is only 24 years old. Of course, this is not a defect in itself, but in the field of health care, where experience and professional practice are essential, such a short professional history raises doubts. However, the biggest problem lies in the approach to patients. I have already been contacted twice with a request to change the appointment. The last case was truly unacceptable – I had a confirmed appointment for Wednesday at 8:00, and today, which is a public holiday, I was suddenly forced to change the time to 15:00. After looking at the online booking system, I found that this time is unoccupied. There is only one explanation for this – someone simply did not want to get up in the morning. I cancelled the visit, which is the only sensible solution. At this price level of services, I find such behavior completely unacceptable. The official reason I was told was that “due to the increased morbidity of the patients, it was necessary to adjust the treatment plan”. However, this argument seems more like a cover for organizational incompetence and calculation. Finally, I would like to draw attention to the suspicious fact that among the reviews there is also a rating from a person named Valentina Horáková, who happens to be the owner of this company. It is difficult to say whether this is a coincidence or intentional, but it certainly does not add to the credibility. From my experience, I can say that this facility is clearly more about profit than a professional approach and care for the client. Therefore, I recommend that everyone who is considering a visit to be cautious.
The lady I was with was really nice and friendly, she explained everything to me patiently and clearly. If you are looking for a professional, yet personal approach at a high level, this is the right place. I highly recommend it and I am sending my whole family here!
