was done in an organized fashion. They explained every step of the process. After my teeth were finished I was impressed. My husband also started the process of implants. I kept telling my husband to trust the process. Even though it’s a 6 month process for him his temps look great. I am so grateful to them.

Lovely experience with the staff up until I decided to go forward with orthodontic treatment before getting veneers. I requested a refund on January 24th as will not be done with aligners for at least a year, so its impossible to know a date to reschedule yet. response. Every week I am being told "it can take a while to process refunds as theres multiple departments involved". If you read through reviews im not the first or second person to have complaints regarding refund.After pressing for a firm deadline I was told NEXT Thursday 2/13 or Friday 2/14 ( that will be THREE weeks) It is concerning how it takes so long to verify payments. This information should be organized and easily accessible in a patients file. As someone who processes 6 figures of payments monthly for my job it is not that hard.All you have to do is go to payment processor and refund transactions under customer name. I even sent screenshots of transactions to speed process along. At this point I'm expecting to be told next week need to wait another week.(at which point I will just dispute with my bank) .I was trying to avoid doing that as I do intend to rebook but I am not going to wait perpetually. I had to send emails for a week before getting any sort of response regarding this. Truly has put a damper on an otherwise good experience. Edit: It is now 2/14 and have received no confirmation or proof that refund has been issued. The department email I was provided hasn't answered emails sent 11 and 9 days ago, either. I reached out via WhatsApp and was told talked about my case this morning in meeting. AND???? Unfortunately more of the same dragging feet with no real responses or resolution as did not issue refund on timeline they provided. Have filed a formal complaint with The Better Business Bureau.
