I want to express my total indignation at the work of Dr. Nedyalkova. We visited her because a cavity had to be done on my son, who is 5 years old. When the procedure was completed and he arrived home, half of his lower lip was swollen for some unknown reason, and after two days, when the swelling subsided, it started to collect pus. Response from the owner Edited a year agoHello Your son was given local anesthesia to feel maximum comfort and to avoid stress during the procedure, which I am convinced is the case because he left the office with a smile. Your husband called me 1 hour after leaving the office, and the anesthesia lasts at least 2 hours. After that, you did not contact me again. Regarding allergic reactions - when you come to the office, you fill out a questionnaire in which you did not mention any history of allergies, respectively, there are no contraindications for local anesthesia. The remaining statements (including the presence of "pus") are based on your assumptions, which do not adequately describe my work! I remain available for questions and you are welcome to come to me to consult the situation on site, but unfortunately I cannot contact you.
I was very pleased with the attention and professionalism with which Dr. Nedyalkova treats her patients, including me. I am impressed by the attention to detail in performing dental procedures. I would gladly say that I am pleased when I think about going to the dentist there again. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have a beautiful smile and quality teeth.

Yoanna Nedyalkova is a great doctor!!! She works in detail and with care. She is very sensitive to providing alternatives and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. She is great! Excellent quality of work and I am very happy with the final results - she really made my smile look better!
